Fund Options
The bond currently has five fund options. You can only choose one fund option at a time when investing in the bond.
Switching
You can change your fund option free of charge up to three times for each policy year but if you do this more often LV= retain the right to apply an administration charge. If you choose to change your fund option, the total value of your bond must be switched at the same time.
Charges
Synaptic Software has LV= ‘fund size discount’ set up as an ongoing product rebate.
Capital Guarantee
The LV= Smoothed Managed Funds Bond offers a capital guarantee option on the Cautious Fund. Synaptic Software does not provide illustrations for the capital guarantee and the additional related 1% charge. If you would like the specific capital guarantee option illustration, you will need to contact LV= directly.
