You can receive a 'Something has gone wrong' error for a number of reasons.
This can be related to the data inputted.
In one example, an error was returned when trying to calculate results in Research. The error occurred due to the initial value of the investment being set to zero when the provider had a minimum initial value of £50. The minimum initial investment can differ provider to provider.
Check the data you have entered for any anomalies and click 'Raise a Support Ticket' to send a report to out Support team for further investigation.
